This welcoming 3*, 24 m² self-contained gîte, adjoining our pavilion, is located in the heart of the Bio-Vallée region, at the gateway to the Vercors Regional Park and the perched syncline of the Saoû forest, the most beautiful perched syncline in Europe, and at the foot of the Trois Becs mountain: an exceptional and beautiful environment to admire from your private terrace! You'll enjoy your own independent entrance (sliding gate), not overlooked. This comfortable F1 apartment includes: * permanent wifi (code given on arrival) * a well-equipped "kitchen/living room", with: large sofa-bed for 3 people, (convertible into an extra bed for 1 or 2 people, i.e. 120 x 180 cm in sleeping position) The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven and microwave, gas and induction hob, electric hood, dishwasher, top refrigerator, kettle and coffee filter, programmable coffee maker, and all crockery and cooking utensils... * It is SEPARATE from the bedroom, which has 1 double bed (140cm). Comforters and pillows provided: ATTENTION, you can EITHER bring your own bed linen OR rent it for €10 per bed and per stay: you can choose this OPTION on arrival. * A separate toilet (toilet paper and products supplied). * Separate shower room with comfortable 120 cm x 90 cm shower cubicle, towel warmer, hairdryer, bathroom scale, iron and ironing board, stool and plenty of storage space... Linen provided per guest: 2 gloves + 1 towel + 1 bath sheet + 1 floor mat. Kitchen linen provided: one dish towel and one hand towel. * 2 removable clotheslines and 1 laundry basket. ORGANIC CLEANING PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE. In summer, you'll also have access to our salt-treated (chlorine-free) swimming pool (4m x 6 m and 1m20 water height), for SHARED use between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., and you'll find a variety of board games, cards, molkky, pétanque and more. GOOD TO KNOW => your accommodation is in an ideal location: * All local shops and services are just 200 m away in the village center: - medical center, doctors, dentist, pharmacy, physiotherapists, osteopaths, nurses ... - mini-market, bakery, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, chocolate shop, tobacconist, post office, haberdasher, groomer ... - hairdressers, beauty salon, body care ... * 2 km away, at the edge of the village, there's a complete shopping center, with : - hypermarket open even on Sunday mornings, bakery, cash dispenser, organic store, cobbler, parapharmacy ... - fuel pumps and car wash, laundromat ... - other stores: sports, toys, DIY gardening, bazaar-deco, clothing-shoes, multimedia and ticketing... * 3 km away, you'll reach the medieval town of Crest, which has been awarded the "most beautiful detour in France" label and is famous for : - its highest keep in France and Europe, classified as a historic monument, - its medieval festival (May), - its jazz festival (July), - and many other events throughout the year, including large day and night markets, etc. For those interested, we'll also be sharing our passion for astronomy, our telescope, binoculars, knowledge, night observations and more.
