I move to your holiday location (40 km around Crest) or I welcome you for private lessons.
Yoga Retreats at La Chapelle des Cordeliers in Crest on June 29 and 30 and July 6 and 7.
Outdoor yoga all summer in Crest and indoor all year round.
I travel to offer you a private session alone. e or in group.
I offer a tailor-made course according to your desires, your abilities and your needs.
Yoga on chair also available.
