Nice times to have Terroir, it seems

Organic farming and  local organic food:  you’ll be able to find a large range of  choice produce in gastronomic restaurants but also  in weekly markets where local growers offer many fresh organic products or products coming from low-input farming systems called ” agriculture raisonnée”

Wine, fruit, fresh vegetables, cheese, taste all  of them just for a pleasant change and find all the goods coming from the Drôme valley.

The Truffle, a must-have in high gastronomy, is grown in Soyans. It is a black mushroom that thrives preferably under oak trees in still wet conditions.

Come on, let’s meet at the truffle festival.
